I am a little late on my updates this week. I apologize for that! My son's tonsillectomy/ adenoidectomy recovery has been rough. I'm hoping that things get back to normal soon, and I am glad to be back at school with my students.
This week we are reading a story called, Tyrone the Horrible by Hans Wilhelm. It is a fun book, but the central theme is bullying. This becomes an issue in each of my classes at some point in the year. Today we read a story called, Stop Picking on Me, which is a book about bullying and how to cope with it. We had a very productive discussion about bullying this morning. I am adding some links about bullying to my delicious site.
We will also be drawing pictures for Stations of the Cross this week with our fourth grade buddies. We will be presenting Stations of the Cross on March 26 with the 4th grade.
I hope you have a wonderful St. Patrick's Day week!
Nicole
